FY2024 TN Art Grants Impact Report
The Tennessee Arts Commission believes the art that Tennesseans make helps us to understand who we are, how we experience our lives and what we want to pass along to generations to come. They believe that the arts inspire, connect and enhance our lives. Each year, the Commission facilitates investments into the arts community through grants. These grant programs help fund the arts activities of more than 800 organizations and artists in Tennessee.
In the past six years, the Commission has made approximately 5,500 arts & culture grants and invested more than $48 million in communities across all 95 counties in our state. The grant funds received from The Tennessee Arts Commission are primarily sourced from the sale of Specialty License Plates. Those funds are protected and promoted by Tennesseans For the Arts and its advocacy efforts. Tn4Arts supports the Tennessee Arts Commission and their efforts.
Which brings us to the 2024 Fiscal Year where Tn4Arts saw another successful year of the specialty license plate program through the Tennessee Art Grants Report.
