DEAR ARTS ADVOCATES,
We need your help telling Legislators about the value of the arts in your community. We want to provide you with talking points to help you focus your communication and help you fold your story into TFTA’s “one voice one message” strategy. We are asking you to join with fellow Arts Advocates to amplify our voice for and commitment to the arts in Tennessee, our support of the Specialty License Plate program, and grants provided by the Tennessee Arts Commission.
For two decades, Tennesseans for the Arts (TFTA) has held Arts Advocacy Day in Nashville during The General Assembly’s legislative session. The past two years have been a FREE Virtual Arts Advocacy Day which was a huge success and allowed for greater attendance and support.
Join us for our Arts Advocacy "Day on the Hill" every March. More information to come closer to the event.
If you are not a member, please consider joining today! If you were not able to join us and feel inclined to do a little extra, we have added a donate to TFTA feature below, but that is entirely your choice.
More info coming soon!
While we prepare for Arts Advocacy Day 2023 you can check out everything from videos to materials and lineups of our previous Days on the Hill.

TFTA Members understand there is strength in numbers, and your membership not only helps sustain us, but sends the message to lawmakers the arts have an army in Tennessee.
Can't attend this event and want to support the arts in Tennessee another way? Buy a SPECIALTY LICENSE PLATE!
We must never forget, revenue from the specialty license plate program accounts for nearly 80% of the funding distributed annually by the Tennessee Arts Commission for grants to support the arts and sustain the work of our arts organizations. TFTA members understand this funding is our lifeblood and protecting it is crucial.
WE WOULD LOVE TO AMPLIFY THE REACH OF ARTS ADVOCACY DAY!
