Tennesseans for the Arts is Tennessee’s advocacy organization for the arts.
- TFTA presents a strong, statewide, unified voice advocating the value of the arts in the lives of all Tennesseans.
- TFTA speaks for the arts whenever there is need and supports local arts organizations and the communities they serve by communicating the message of how the arts change lives.
- TFTA works with legislators to maintain and increase funding for the arts, especially with the Arts Caucus in the General Assembly, to promote the interests of artists, arts organizations and arts education throughout Tennessee.
