TFTA ELECTS NEW BOARD MEMBERS

TFTA welcomes 12 new members to its governing board.

According to Stephanie Conner , TFTA's Executive Director, “in selecting new board members, TFTA strives to ensure that its board is a reflection of Tennessee's diverse arts' community. We also want a board that is representative of the various regions of the state. We are excited about our new members and the contributions they will make to the work of TFTA“.

The new members are:
  1. Jane Alvis, Alvis Company, Nashville
  2. David Butler, Knoxville Museum of Art
  3. Debbie Broadbent, Carroll County Arts Council
  4. Kell Christie, Theatre Memphis
  5. Deb Czestokowski, Memphis Symphony
  6. Ward Doubet, The Appalachian Center for Craft
  7. Rebecca Edwards, Cultural Development Foundation of Memphis
  8. Andi Holbrooks , Tennessee Association of Craft Artists
  9. Jonah Rabinowitz, W.O. Smith Music School , Nashville
  10. Lee Warren, Dixie Carter Performing Arts Center
  11. Kim Williams, Memphis College of Art
  12. Sarah Youngblood-Ochoa, Nashville Ballet
The new members began their 3 year terms July 1, 2007.
